Sono Francesco Muttoni e ho 21 anni. Fin da piccolo, ha sempre avuto la passione per l’agricoltura che ha iniziato a praticare nell’azienda di famiglia conosciuta per la produzione di vino e salumi. “Anche se sono ancora giovane e ho molto da imparare, l’impegno profuso in questi quattro anni nell’azienda agricola familiare, mi ha permesso di farmi una certa esperienza. – spiega Francesco Muttoni – Ho quindi deciso di affrontare un’esperienza da solo mettendomi in gioco”.
Nei quattro anni precedenti, mi sono occupato di vino dando il mio contributo in vigna, a livello enologico, commerciale e anche nella preparazioni degli insaccati per l’azienda di Gravanago.
