5 ★Excellent GPS. I've been a Sky Caddie user for over 20 years and decided to make a switch based on a friend's recommendation. Opted for the Premium version. Highly recommend this app. Takes a bit of playing around initially to get up to speed on all the features but overall, it's excellent.
2 ★Bought the pro version for shot-by-shot gps tracking, all three times I've tried using it something has gone wrong with the app. Each time I was forced to restart the round - losing my recorded shots to that point. Finally managed to make it work for a full round and it didn't save correctly. Don't recommend.
4 ★The best feature, in my opinion, is the ability to find out yardages to lay up or carry a hazard. At times I'll be at a course to load the layout, but it shows an entirely different area of course that I have not a clue as to where they are. Then I have to scroll through 50-100 courses until I find the one I'm about to play.
5 ★Using this with my Galaxy 4 watch and galaxy note 10+ I am using the paid version. The distances seem spot on. I wasn't doing something right when I first downloaded it. I emailed hole 19 and they sent me an email with what to do and contact info if I needed more. I was able to fix it from just the email and now it works awesome and I love it!
1 ★this app automatically renewed my subscription. I did not set it up that way. it renewed for one year when I only use a 6 month subscription. trying to cancel my subscription is extremely difficult. there isn't anyone you can talk to. I'd stay as far away from subscribing to anything on this app.
5 ★As far as Android app that offers gps on Samsung Galaxy watches I don't think there is a better one. GPS is reliable in my area (Quebec), app is reliable and not crashing mid round and pretty much every course I played was in the app correctly except 1. I would love an auto tracking thing where it uses the accelerometer in the watch to guess if you hit a shot and offer you to track the shot, cause I always forget to hit tracking
1 ★Why have you removed the ability to see net stableford scores from a game in play? Now the user has to complete the round to see Stapleford scores mid round when playing with friends. Then go back and edit the round to continue playing It's about 8 clicks when it used to be 2. The reason I've used this app for 7+ years was for that feature. Not only that but new users were attracted to hole19 for that reason as not many other apps offer in play Stapleford scores. Please can you reinstate?
5 ★I use hole19 on a pixel watch and it works great. There was an earlier issue and I complained to their support and they fixed it more or less immediately. Great customer support!
2 ★I purchased the unlocked Pro version in 2021, but now all the features I had access to are now expensive subscriptions and all features that were unlocked are again behind a paywall. I would have hoped those who bought the pro version of the app would have been grandfathered in.
1 ★This is/was a good app, however in a recent update they removed stableford points from the group scorecard, without notice or justification. I raised a ticket with their support over a month ago, they confirmed it's been removed in android but haven't fixed it despite multiple emails. Customer support has been poor with clearly an unreliable developer team; what sort of product owner allows this out the door? I want my premium refunded.
5 ★Downgrading to a 4 as the Notes more times than not, cannot be saved due to a persistent "Server Error" despite having wifi connectivity. Accurate GPS. Best app for golf in Canada. Love it. The 6 month premium package is perfect for our April to September golf season. Will buy every summer!
1 ★awful app. jumps around holes to hole. yardage way off. on phone and watch. would have to be a fool to pay for the premium when it cant get the basics right. in response to the developer. no assistance needed your app is garbage.
