About Fit für Dein Kind? APK
Description
In der App „Bist Du fit für Dein Kind“ sollst Du Dir über 10 Tage vorstellen, schwanger zu sein. Jeden Tag werden Dir in den Bereichen 1) Meine Lebensstilfaktoren, 2) Die Entwicklung meines Kindes und 3) Meine Einstellung zu Alkohol verschiedene Fragen gestellt. Diese Fragen beziehen sich insgesamt auf die knapp 10 Schwangerschaftsmonate.Ziel der App ist, dass Du Dein Verhalten und Deine Einstellungen hinterfragst: Wie gesund würde ich mich in der Schwangerschaft verhalten; was weiß ich über den Einfluss von Alkoholkonsum auf die Entwicklung des heranwachsenden Kindes; welche Situationen während der Schwangerschaft können zu Alkoholkonsum verleiten und wie würde ich mich in solchen verhalten?
Die Ergebnisse der Präventions-App werden ANONYM, also OHNE Zurückverfolgung zu Deiner Person, auf der Datenbank des Projektes Deutsches FASD KOMPETENZZENTRUM Bayern gespeichert, um zu evaluieren, wie oft die App genutzt wird und mit welchem Ergebnis. Dies dient der fortwährenden Verbesserung der App und soll Aufschluss über die Effektivität der App als möglichem Bestandteil einer innovativen Präventionsstrategie bieten.
