Η διαδικασία για τις ομαδικές συνεδρίες και τα video είναι ακόμα πιο απλή και αρκεί να κάνετε την επιλογή σας μέσα από τις διαθέσιμες υπηρεσίες.

Θα χρειαστεί να γίνει η ταύτισή σου στην πλατφόρμα μας αν είσαι ήδη εγγεγραμμένος ή να εγγραφείς για να σε γνωρίσουμε. Στην περίπτωση που δεν είσαι συνδεδεμένος ή ακόμα και αν δεν έχεις καν λογαριασμό, μόλις επιλέξεις “Ατομικές Συνεδρίες” θα γίνει ανακατεύθυνση σε νέα σελίδα όπου θα μπορέσεις να συνδεθείς ή να κάνεις την εγγραφή σου και μόλις ολοκληρώσεις θα επιστρέψεις πάλι εδώ για να συνεχίσεις την απλή διαδικασία. Για τις υπόλοιπες υπηρεσίες η διαδικασία σύνδεσης/εγγραφής αυτή γίνεται στο τελικό βήμα αφού έχεις επιλέξει αυτή που σε ενδιαφέρει.
