Description

The Frogparking app provides an easy and fast way to pay for your parking using your mobile phone. Simply get the app, then go to www.frogparking.com to create your online account.

Use the app to search for live parking availability in any Frogparking zone, before you get there.

Once you are parked, simply select the amount of time you wish to park for, or select 'pay per minute' to only be charged for the parking time you actually use.

The app will remind you once your parking time is about to expire, to allow you to either top up or move your vehicle.

Your online data is secure and safe, you can log into the website at any time to take a look at your parking history and payments. You can even print off a statement for expense reimbursements.

Registering with Frogparking is free, and you'll soon be able to pay using Frogparking in most places you park.

1 ★Terrible app, completely useless. Ends my parking session on its own after a couple of minutes even though I'm still parked. Even worse than the old app

1 ★To confusing and shouldn't have to load money on to it. Because if you only visit you waste 20 and only use a few dollars and can't get your money back

1 ★Unable to find your location based on Zone/space. Go old school; ask for change to feed the meter.

1 ★Not very easy to use. Finding what parking you have active should be visible on the front page, not hidden within a menu. First booking failed when i had to confirm my location, unsure if payment was successful, so submitted parking again. Then found where booking were held and had 2 active payments. NOTE: do not confirm parking on the final map. If you do and get an error, log into website and check your payments. It goes through but no info on the app saying its active.

2 ★Rip off. The pay per minute option stripped my available account balance due to an app glitch, and on another day there was no alert to say free parking was about to occur in 39 minutes, but Frogparking happily took my full payment for 1 hour. Would be nice to deal with a parking company that looks out for its customers.

2 ★PARKING TICKETS! Not sure if you communicate with the local council but received two tickets over the last couple months even though i have correctly and fully paid for my parking via the app. Not a happy Parker 😕

5 ★Did what I needed it to do. The UI needs an update though. A nice transparent wedget that syncs to the time counter would be great to have, while also displaying the street area where the car is parked.

4 ★Great App - love it means I carry no cash! Would give 5 stars except for odd bug. Hoping new update fixes it

5 ★Staff at frog parking either on phone or in emails have always been pleasant understanding and get the job done. Love the app and the pay per minute option. Makes my life so much easier when you dont carry cash. Love that can use the app for council parking.
