1 ★Irresponsible and bad management, can't trust anymore. I ORDERED 8 items but they delivered only 6 and took full ORDER amount to my children at the time of delivery. It was very bad to cheated like this. CALLED and mailed them several time but no reply. Contact no of fashion and you is working now but customer representative replied everytime his senior mam is busy and call you back soon. So It is the time when a great online site fall by his team members and seniors.

1 ★Had there been negative rating, I would have surely given it to them. Back to 2014-15, this one was my fav shopping site and I was a big customer for them. After some 2-3 years, I ordered one Ed Hardy t shirt but to my surprise what they delivered was an altogether different product. I am writing mails to them from last ten days vut no response from their side other than auto generated Ticket no. If anybody is having there contact no, pls share here. My lawyer will take care of other things. Lastly as a word of caution, DON'T SHOP HERE
2 ★I used to shop on Fashion and You some 5 or more years ago and it was fab, even the delivery and customer service. Now the level has gone too low, no proper customer service, delivery not good at all and above all they don't have a contact no. in case we want to call them due any issue. I recently ordered products worth Rs. 3000+, paid through debit card, no delivery date given and the tracking link shows error when opened initially and then shows no matching reference or bill no. The order details in my account shows status as Fulfilled, I guess that means delivered. God knows where my order went. Emailed at customer support but no response other than automated reply. I am staying out of India and had ordered it as a gift for my cousin who is getting married soon. I am now going to file a complaint and I will take this issue very seriously.
