1 ★Poor reporting. Was at 780 on Sunday, did not drive Monday then Tuesday dropped to 760. All trips have been GOOD or GREAT, and all Training is current. I wouldn't rely on it's accuracy or customer support. When questioning customer support why score dropped they skirted the issue and have some lame response.
1 ★Not a good app. It misses trips constantly. You mark items as personal or passenger and it still drops your score. "Great" rated drives while on phone and hits you for phone usage when your not on it. Good idea... but it doesn't work.
1 ★App is an absolute mess. if it does not know the speed limit then it assumes the limit is 25 mph even on highways. when you try to dispute the violation, the app crashes and never submits the feedback.
2 ★This apps scoring is very inconsistent. I've ridden in the same car with someone, phones sitting side by side, and they get a great while mine registers a good. Moral: Don't beat yourself up over your score!
1 ★I can't keep the phone charged since downloading this app. It consumes too much of the battery life. Phone needs charged 3 times a day, i used to go a day and a half without needing to charge the phone.
1 ★Horrible, very inaccurate. Me and my passengers have the app on , and same trip my score goes down they score goes up, it shows phone manipulation, i did not even touch my phone ,and than they send you tons of videos to watch. Fix your app, its horrible.
1 ★50% of my trips arr disputed because of wrong speed. Little to no effort being put forth to accuracy. Email says changes will be reflected until review, not happening. Good concept, terrible execution
1 ★At some point my app stoped to let me watch the videos, the button simply doesn't work anymore. Also, days goes by and the app did not catch any of the deplacements. I already reinstalled the app but nothing changed. What should I do to be able to rhis app to work?
1 ★I was a passenger for a week including being a passenger on a plane, my score dropped to 504 from 776 for other people's driving, riding in a plane, and using my phone while riding as a passenger. I think your app is faulty, that's just my opinion though.
1 ★the speeds listed on their maps are often incorrect. While there is a dispute option I have yet to see one adjusted, even though they email me telling me they have updated.
1 ★Bad experience with the app. Spent days trying to find out why it would not display the trips. Would not use if not imposed by the employer.
1 ★Inconsistent, inaccurate data. Trouble with app not logging or showing my drives. Reached out for help with no response. Don't waste your time out money.
