1 ★This app makes no sense, I can have a 850 perfect scores a cross the board. And then get 1 star off and drop 200 points. I understand the score is the average and resets each week. But what doesn't make sense is that you can perfect scores and only go up 10 maybe 20 points if your lucky. But if you get a bad score to 1 star less then perfect you drop like a rock in water. This app is garbage and is only used because of their deal with Amazon. I am a driver and I can vouch for how bad it is.

1 ★Awful app. Had an 8 hour shift, and had to brake because someone cut me off once, and instantly dropped me to 3 star trip, because of 1 braking. They're not open about what the fico©®©¢¥ score is based on and why. What they consider distraction/phone manipulation often changes based on what kind of phone you have. Amazon needs to find a better alternative, company has rarely responded to any drivers who reach out with questions.
