1 ★Tiki promoted fault discount items. After I placed my order, they canceled and forced me to buy the items with full price. Scam and worst user experience. Not recommended for future users. Beware of scams and fault advertises.

4 ★I will write something about search functionality. When typing, if pressing on Space bar, the previous letter will be clear and typing keywords slowly. Please, checking this issue.
1 ★Unaceptable service during the pandamic, my order status haven't been updated nearly 2 months, no ways to canceled, I called tiki but I haven' t received the responds yet, eventhough I chat to cs team, and they still said that my request has been processing...

1 ★I had a bad case with this platform. Ordered goods with gift but delivered without gift, and they won't solve it, didn't send me any proof of technical investigation that I deleted the gift out myself. A reason to delete.

4 ★4 stars for excellent product quality, delivery time and friendly user interface. But the platform has a poor diversity of products compared to others.
1 ★Worst customer service ever. The only thing they can tell you that they will push the delivery service, they dont care about how long you have to wait. And no notification when delaying until I call them. 0 star.
1 ★My order on 15th August has not been delivered yet. When I wanted to cancel order, it was impossible. When I needed to contact a staff to resolve this order, no one replied except a rediculous chat bot.
