Makit(メイキット)は、自分史上最高へのチャレンジを通じて人生を応援するアプリです。フィールド・フローの柘植 陽一郎（つげ よういちろう）監修によるスポーツメンタルコーチングの手法を取り入れ、アスリートの 目標が明確になり、日々の練習の質が向上することで最高の人生をクリエイトすることを支援します。
主な機能は、タイムライン、目標設定、自分会議があります。
■タイムライン
スマホ空間内で過去、現在、未来の時間軸上を歩くことにより
（１）今（自分に）何が起きているのか
（２）本当はどうなりたいのか、何を大切にしたいのか
（３）今できることは何か
などについて、頭の中だけで整理する以上の気づきを見出すことができるコーチング手法です。
■目標設定
目標を達成するために必要な要素を整理・分解し、現在地点をスコアリングすることで、達成度を可視化します。
目指すものが明確になり目標達成のモチベーションが高まることで、毎日ワクワクするテーマを持って練習に臨むことで、メキメキ成長が感じられるようになります。
■自分会議
練習後、本番前、本番後の気づきをチャットに入力することで、漠然と感じていることを言語化し、出来たこと、振り返りによる思考の整理を促します。
「よかったこと」「さらに工夫できそうなこと」「次にやってみたいこと」を発見することで、成長サイクルがさらに加速します。
■チーム支援
タイムライン、目標設定、自分会議を選手・指導者・スタッフ・チーム関係者全員で共有し、シナジーを生み出す機能です。
