Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★I broke off with Giga for you but your network was so bad I'm getting back together. Bad network and connectivity happens constantly at different locations even at home and at the office. Tried seeking help via the app assistance but the issue remained. Once I've gotten back with Giga, problem solved. Connectivity is now smooth like butter.
5 ★stable signal. Borderless Plan is one of the best currently for frequent traveller
2 ★When inputting the phone # for login, the app defaults to +65 (Singapore) and this cannot be changed. Unfortunately I cannot use this app here in Australia with my +61 number from this provider... Giving 2 stars because it's pleasantly colorful
1 ★Stoopid app. Nothing can be addressed through this app except mainly movie stuff and stuff you don't need.
3 ★Used to be pretty good, but now they have no roaming package for Europe. Even the "Global roam" package excludes Europe. As travelling is a big thing for me, I am seriously considering changing my service provider.
3 ★App interface is some of the best ive seen among telcos. Service is also great and affordable. Often have weak connection at very crowded places though. Edit: Recently connection has been very poor in crowded places, on the mrt, in the basement of malls etc. While I absolutely love the quality customer service, it gets kinda annoying to have poor reception where I previously could use my phone normally. I hope this gets resolved soon!
3 ★The new interface is too messy, and for some reason they took out the Bills section so you can't easily see it from the home page anymore. As far as I could tell, there is also no easy way to modify your plan anymore. Been a longtime user(since 2016), and while the new promotions have been enticing(phone discounts, more data, loyalty rewards), the recent UI changes have been disappointing.
3 ★Have to admit the app works fine except that I have 2 lines and unable to manage both in 1 app. The 2nd missing star is in the customer service. Circles do not have shop front or direct line. This app needs to take into consideration that one cannot speak to someone, except to type out everything - which can be lengthy. The total experience though is depending on the "happiness expert" you get, could be a hit and miss thing.
3 ★I have been a customer for the last 2 years. Initially it was good, connectivity and everything. User experience n price point was also great. However, I also experienced connection and lagging issues more often than not. It gets worse the past months. So frustrating to have signal but slow or no internet speed. Even other networks which were supoosedly bad at connectivity work when my network doesn't. That's telling. Just switched to another network recently. Good luck with your connections.
4 ★Likely my 1st app review. Just ported over from a big telco after being with them for over a decade as I was looking for a better mobile data connection during this CB period. But as much as I love your app and customer service, the connection I am getting is inconsistent...a big no-no during this period when you need to do more video calls on your phone or use it as a backup hotspot in case home WiFi fails you. Hope something gets done to improve things here. Everything else is awesome, thanks!
2 ★Tried updating payment details many times but nothing happened, though it says payment went through. Used live chat and after some finagling customer care told me the details were changed, asked me to reinstall the app and it should reflect the change, and yet after reinstalling twice, the details were NOT changed at all. I do not know how many payments might have went through but this is ridiculous. After reading all the raves, o feel cheated as if I might have got a short end of the stick or the bum app. Totally disappointed.
3 ★Great telco, M1 (the underlying network) actually offers the best 4G speed in my particular location. Circles is the cheapest way for me to get loads of data on the M1 network. The app however hugely distracts from what it should do (update me on my plan usage, bills, etc), with useless "food deals" and adverts for dating apps, pitched as a "lifestyle platform" (it's just old fashioned advertisement, nothing else). If that's what it takes to keep costs low I think it's a fair trade-off.
