1 ★Cant use it at all right now...it just freezes up and the customer service is horrible... SO UPDATE: the App DOES NOT WORM WITH ANDROID TABLET...ANDROID PHONE, YES, TABLET NO!!! I broke down and bought an IPad and so far...the app works perfect. I would suggest not using an android tablet... But if u want to try it i have one for sale that i have no use for now!!!
1 ★1 star not for the app, but for the service. I have been over charged 6 months out of 6 months. Not just like a few bucks more... 3 to 10x the amount they are supposed to charge, they are single handily destroying mb y company, today is the last day. Yes, I contact support each time, same excuse each time, and I STILL haven't got half my refunds 🤬. Lawyer has been called, we are done with this!!!! Do NOT be scammed by them, I'm going back to SQUARE!
4 ★The phone is the problem if you have to reboot it constantly there's nothing wrong with the app it is worked every time I've asked it to
5 ★Once you're not a hobby anymore and need a more robust Mobile POS to grow with your business, Swipesimple is the way to go. Square is cool when you're making under $3,000 a month but it doesn't grow with your business when you start making $30,000 a month in credit card processing. This bbn is legit!
2 ★not the best experience, it does work sometimes, but when in the middle of a transaction the app locks up, then i have to redownload the app while the customer is waiting, also i run 2 accounts on this app and it gets confused between the two.
1 ★Super glitchy. I does not run smoothly, and constantly has to be closed out and reopened. Applepay and Samsung pay almost never work either even though they obviously should. Would not recommend. This program is not reliable.
5 ★I love this simple feature. I can either swipe or insert a card to take payment and I can even take a payment over the phone without inserting the device to my phone. It has helped me reach customers that once told me "it's ok I'll keep looking for someone that accepts credit card"
1 ★The technology is good, but the company behind it will add fees to your service with out your approval. Then to cancel, be sure to say you will give a review of your service you are about to receive or else it is very difficult to talk to a person.
1 ★Very poor customer service. I have been on hold for a hour talk to 4 different people all saying let me transfer you to someone to better assist you just trying to get through just to reset my logg in. I have a buisness to run and a card machine down with customers that would like to pay with a card.
1 ★Need to fix bug after latest update. The daily transaction history now includes transactions from several days ago. Daily transactions should be exactly that... Transactions for that day! Please fix this problem. Thank you!
3 ★I wish there was a way that we could use the devices storage capacity 2 store customer information and be able to access it through the app quickly. It would also be nice if you could make notations on each transaction and be able to access it with the transaction history
1 ★Does not stay connected to the internet or Wi-Fi customer service sucks you call them nobody calls you back when you get on the line with people what's a person who installed the account with me tells you when get you all the numbers then customer service says those numbers don't match they can help you I think I'll go back to square
