Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★This is the best app for electrical engineers and Electricians
5 ★Great app. No permissions needed, no advertising, and quick to use with minimal keystrokes. Standard & metric units. Really nice. A few suggestions: Would be nice to have the option to disable the 'vibrate on key press', and re-wording the "distance" to "one-way distance" or something similar. Also, adding a "voltage at end of cable" result would be great (input voltage - voltage drop), so I don't have to do the subtraction in my head. Nice work!
1 ★Tried it and for 480 volt 100 meter run it told me I needed #1 for 200 amps with a maximum allowable volt drop of 3%. Obviously that was wrong and I found a better app
5 ★Useful and simple!
5 ★Does what it says, and has metric units support. Fantastic.
5 ★Love it. Handy, and the metric unit is so useful for me. Thank you for this!
5 ★Just what the doctor ordered
3 ★Very useful
5 ★Good it is nice
5 ★Simple way to get results, interface is a little primitive but works. I would be using this for Solar DC calcs, and was wondering if the Distance parameter is for one way of cable, or the loop of wire from panel to battery, then back to panel? Thanks
3 ★Quite neat how it is all on one screen. Imperial and metric. Big, logical pushbuttons for simplicity. This will suit many people but not everyone - I personally like it. BUT something I loathe... it bangs a zero on many numbers you enter. You type (say) 150 metres for a cable run, and it returns an absurd result, like telling you to use 25 mm2 cable. Clearly wrong - and you glance over the data, and its for a 1.5km cable run. Enter 240 (volts), and suddenly its 2400V. Grrrr ... instead of programming tricks, just accept the user data huh! This is *really* annoying, but otherwise it is a pretty reasonable, compact app. I kept it.
5 ★Muy bueno
