5 ★Very good controls and gameplay. The AI is a bit weird sometimes but. Overall a very good go app👌
4 ★Fun game. More details/explanation for the difficulty would help. On the board page i have a hard time reading the score, it could be a little larger font.
3 ★A good game but very limited. A lot of potential in the app but the developer has a clear goal. I've played a few different games now from this developer and they all seem to be very similar the ads in the game are not bad at all. Only local multiplayer. Nothing online. The pace of the opponent seems to be slow and the stone don't always appear where they're supposed to when you place them. The app also Boggs down my phone and laggs for several seconds at a time. This can be very frustrating.
5 ★Works, ads suck but they suck enough that I'm confident they're not selling my camera roll or something.
4 ★The largest set is behind a paywall, but if you not familiar with go the smaller 2 are what your ganna want to play anyway. Controls are simple, for those complaining they really didnt try very much. Touch anywhere and drag your finger to where you want to place your piece. This doesn't really teach you how to play, but most apps dont. I learned from reading the rules online after a relative bought an actual go set and use this app to practice.
5 ★Fun game. I have been trying to get into go, and this app made it accessible for me. The Ai is difficult but not unfair, and the territory mechanic makes it easier to visualize what you are doing, and what your actions cause. Fun experience overall. A bit of an issue however, where the piece is just above where you are trying to place it. Not intuitive at first but doesn't take away from the experience. Makes it easier to see where you are placing it, so it works out in the end
5 ★Great game to learn GO on, before I embarrass myself with multiplayer. Nice level selections.
5 ★Simple and robust. A challenging AI with many different levels. I like simple apps - not many bells and whistles, but if I wanna play Go then this is the best place to do so. Has ads but they are relatively infrequent and dont interuppt gameplay at all. Only downside is that the 'how to' page is just a page of text - not the best way to teach.
5 ★this is fun the only other complaint i have is the difficulty and some annoying ads but other than that 100/10
1 ★Limiting number of moves on the free version? What are we supposed to do with that?! Unbelievable Update: They had the audacity to comment on my review to say that their actions of limiting number of moves is justifiable because they took "10 years" to develop this app. Right, because the other Go apps that allow unlimited moves didn't develop their app, but just found it on the ground! They struck gold on Go app vein! Woohoo! What are you going to say next: They just like to offer better app for free with ads out of kindness of their hearts? Give me a break.
4 ★Really good game. The ads can be annoying but it is a good Go game. More than challenging enough for a beginner like me. The main problem with the ads seems to be that it will play sound-effects for ads that aren't playing in the foreground. It took me awhile to realize what was causing it and I'm still not positive. Devs might want to look into that. As a Go game though it's great, especially for the price of free!
5 ★As a new player. The ai ranges from very easy to very challenging.
