1 ★The gameplay is awesome but sadly the devs don't care about the community. After being a muliple season top player, I am fairly confident I can talk about a lot of the issues. 1) Top ladder is not competitive at all. Most of the time the person who plays the most gets #1 and not the person who is actually the best player. 2) You often face bot accounts that pretend to be real players. 3) Perpare to watch ads to unlock your chests. Tons of ads... I could go on but my word count is limited.

5 ★Yes, it's random... But it's fun :) For all people having connection issues on start. Turn off wifi. You can turn it on when the game loads.
5 ★Game isn't loading. Says download not complete and restarts. Uninstalled and reinstalled nothing works. Tried reaching out for help can't get a hold of anyone. I played this game for over a year and out of nowhere this happened and other users get the same thing

1 ★Blast .. fun time killer .. after having this for a while and putting money into this game I've been very disappointed with this game. Like currently I have one of those you get gems alevery day packages I'm getting cheated out of rewards my game won't load. It happens so much that I I'm losing intreste in this game and almost want to lodge a complaint to get all my money I've spent back. It's not just here and there it's almost daily that I can't load the game . Error or now just won't load
1 ★Doesn't work you cannot actually play just says download not complete error and doesn't actually run.
1 ★9 out of 10 times, you are facing a bot, it is an avatar of an actual real account, but the player is offline, so you are just facing a bot. And RNG is high, little place to skill and gameplay. Unlocking upgrades take forever, therefore highly Pay2Win.
1 ★Loved this game so addictive.. With new update im not getting my chest. I watch ads to open now when it says open it tells me it does not exsist but its there. Then if i leave and come back its gone with no pay out... pleas fix asap for 5 🌟 rating. Rating drop due to not letting the game load up 💢😡😡 💢
