4 ★Helps me stay on track With reminders.
3 ★The app seems to be what I've been looking for, however it keeps crashing. It starts to lag and slow down any time I enter data.
3 ★I have a love-hate relationship w/ this app! I hate taking the time to set up med reminders, only to have the app not record them all, or the daily total doesn't match the qty entered. I also frequently have to pair the device to the app again to get the readings to reflect correctly. It defeats the purpose of the entire system if everything has to be edited or manually entered. I love the *idea* of the One Drop system. If the bugs in the app are corrected, it'll be perfect!
1 ★this app and the website has no way to cancel, change or place on hold the monthly fees. it did when I first signed up but it is gone now. you must email or call (and leave a message. no one answered) I was finally sent a link, I can only open from the link to cancel my account. please look and see if I am right for yourself. I was charged for another month also even after my email telling me it was on hold! i would stay away from this app and this company totally.
5 ★I love this app. And helps you figure out your carb situation remind you to take your medication. Helps you maintain your diabetes. What a great program. And if you sign up for one drop. Or device will communicate with this app. It will help you maintain your numbers. And plus the help that you get from the people awesome. And from the community that belongs to this. Love it.
3 ★I've been using One Drop for a few years now and I really like the meter and the app has continued to improve. I use it as a medication reminder and to automatically log me blood sugar measurements from my one drop meter. However, recently it has started crashing on startup. I've tried rebooting my device and it doesn't help. I am on a Galaxy Note 10+. I did receive a new Android update to Android 10, not sure if that is what did it.
5 ★As a new diabetic I was frustrated with the lack of information and conflicting information or tracking sources. I came across this app and it's been phenomenal for tracking all the things that are important to maintain good diabetic habits and watch the results based on the information you input. I love it and it coincides with my half-yearly testing by my own doctor. I highly recommend. Tracks blood sugar, calories, carbs, medication reminders, exercise tracker all bundled into one.
4 ★Would like to see a way to log other info than the preset criteria. Would like to be able to copy a meal and use again on a different day
1 ★I am having issues with logging in. I thought I had used my email to set up my account, but I can't log in. And when I use Facebook to log in, the date shows Feb 5, 2020 instead of today. The app hasn't worked correctly for me EVER. I can't I put medications correctly. For instance I take Metformin 500 mg, but the app won't recognize the 500 at all. Now my meter won't recognize the date or time. I'm dropping One Drop.
1 ★The app opens with ads. Everything shown in the video & pictures must be there some-where, but in the 1st 20 seconds I could find much of anything. Not interested in the majority of what did show up bc when I record my sugar, I need to do it fast & get back to work, not play around with an app. My life is consumed with testing & management, I do not want an app that consumes more of my time. Found it so boring, I don't think I'll buy the testing kit either, bc on my current kit I can get the results & see them immediately without having to add another piece of equipment.
5 ★This app has been a life changer for me. Instead of having a bunch of different apps it's really helpful to have it all together. Been really helpful for carb counting and keeping my blood glucose together. Really have gotten my A1C under control for the first time. That said, I will keep the 5 stars but every couple of months I need to uninstall and reinstall (which isn't a big deal since it saves all my data). Also I have had issues getting Google Fit to connect with it.
2 ★I have had this app for over 2 years. The app used to track my steps, it no longer does that. I get you really think apple is the bomb, but I hate apple products. I want to use my android watch with my android phone. and I don't mind having the option to turn my background screen white, but I much preferred the black, I never asked for the white. please help!
