■「健康度」とは？
AIの健康度判定の基になっているデータは、8年以上のヘルスケア事業で培った約7000人の食生活や疾患のデータ、添加物の摂取と症状の関連のデータ、加えて米FDAやWHO、EUが発表している添加物の人体への影響のデータ、日本の消費者庁や厚生労働省の添加物データ、添加物専門家の書籍情報などです。
これらを基にAIによるディープラーニングを行い、食品の原材料名に含まれる添加物と症状の関連リスクを計算し、好影響を加点方式で、悪影響を減点方式で評価したものが「健康度」です。
■あらゆる商品の健康度を判定
商品のバーコードや原材料名をアプリで撮影すると、AIが原材料名に記載されている添加物の悪影響から健康度を判定します。
さらに「美味しさ」や「感想」を投稿すると、「フードリスト」に商品が追加されます。
