1 ★Why the update?! New version is awful! The original app was brilliant, much better, more intuitive, than any other supermarket app. So why do this to it?! As previous reviewers have said, images are too big, takes forever to scroll/browse, cant access your receipt until after delivery, wtc. Was this even tested with a panel of regular customer app users before release, as I can't believe anyone would think it's an improvement. Put it back! Ad why do I have to keep logging in?! So irritating!

1 ★I have downloaded the new app. Every time I try to use it, it makes my downloaded the old one. I can't stay logged in, I have to go through hoops to get to my account and end up with the app twice. I've deleted and reinstalled, several times. I have had a conversation with customer service and they said they had never known this before. It was being sent to the technical department! Everything they advised me to do I had done already. It's very frustrating.
2 ★Annoying have to update app every time!
1 ★Keeps telling me to update to new app even though just updated?? Finally get into it lots of missing features, not user friendly then keeps asking me to log in again. Back to the drawing board on this one. 🤬 Update Big part of the problem was ocado Southwest is a different app to ocado. Both apps stay on your phone so if you click on old logo it tells you to upgrade. Update should really delete old app??? Not leave 1 unusable and 1 new 1.
1 ★DISASTER! If I could give this app 0* I would. All the good elements from the previous app have gone. New one utterly useless. Same on desktop site too. Please revert back to the old one and continue development, if you must. Took me 2 hours to do a very small shop! Horrid experience. Missing... CLICK TO ADD (useful to add one / two bits) BUNDLE OFFERS, MEAL DEALS, COUPONS, FLASH SALE, The size of individual items too big. Ocado, you're normally BRILLIANT but this is bad. Help...please listen. X
1 ★I can't seem to add my granddaughters address now for her delivery as you are making "important changes" to your website (and losing my business)
1 ★The old version of the app was so much better. It's very fiddly now and takes much longer to update the shop plus its constantly telling me there's been an error and every time asks me to update my updated version. The one star is for the app. Groceries and delivery are both great.
1 ★This app is absolutely rubbish, impossible to find anything in it, it doesn't have the best before date of product purchased, it's so clunky! Just the motivation I needed to try getting a delivery from Waitrose.
1 ★Previous app was so much better. Keeps asking for password, difficult to view shopping list as product takes up so much screen space. Can't search by bar code. Overall, it's a huge step back. I notice the old app is still available, can we delete the new one and revert to the older one?
1 ★Absolutely awful app. Can no longer add several items to your basket then add them to an order in one go. No text received to say order was on its way, no update to say order was delayed, favourites are from months or years ago, no meal deals unless you come across one by accident, constantly having to log back in...
1 ★Modern look, but far less usable. The old "add with one click" still exists, is labeled the same, but takes 5 clicks, the useby dates feature is gone, shell of an app that we're forced to use.
