Правила по охране труда при эксплуатации электроустановок (ПОТЭУ) распространяются на сотрудников из числа электротехнического, электротехнологического и не электротехнического персонала, а также на работодателей, занятых техобслуживанием электроустановок, проводящих в них оперативные переключения, организующих и выполняющих строительные, монтажные, наладочные, ремонтные работы, испытания и измерения. Предусматриваются общие и специальные требования.
