L’Assemblée nationale a délibéré et adopté en sa séance du 16 mars 2017, la loi n°2017-02 portant relative au Crédit-Bail en République.Cette loi de 60 articles répartis en 7 chapitre définie le cadre dans lequel le propriétaire d'un bien mobilier ou immobilier cède ce dernier à un tierce qui en profite à la faveur d'un contrat conclut entre les deux partie.
