RIIP REPS enables schools, clubs and leagues to easily implement neuromuscular training programs to Reduce Injuries and Improve Performance (RIIP) for all teams and athletes ages 13+.This free, app-delivered neuromuscular training program builds athletes’ strength, balance and control when accelerating, stopping on a dime, cutting, jumping and landing.
RIIP REPS is free for approved organizations and requires no special equipment. The 7 minute expert-led training sessions can be done like homework in the app, so there is no disruption to practice schedules.
FOUR 7-MINUTE TRAINING SESSIONS PER WEEK
Athletes do four 7-minute neuromuscular training sessions per week as a warm-up before practice or at home, like homework.
AUDIO, TEXT, AND VISUAL CUES FOCUSED ON MECHANICS
