1 ★I expect more from a product I've spend over £300. Mobvoi app keeps falling to sync to your phone notifications comes after the phone call or texts messages comes to your phone. Very poor for a highly rated watch!
3 ★The app is ok but has two BIG problems. 1. The additional watch faces which are shown as $0.00 are NOT free because you have to get a paid subscription to get them. 2. Exercise not being recorded properly and my walk is missing over 10 minutes, once it finally appeared on the screen.
1 ★Too many permissions are requested in bulk, without a user choice. Either you allow access to all permissions (including full notification access, cal, contacts, location) or you can't even connect the watch with your smartphone. Disappointing.
3 ★I love the Ticwatch Pro 3 especially since finally getting the wear os 3.5 update but the Mobvoi health app has a lot left to be desired. It works okay but it has the look that looks very generic. Could be a lot more polished.

1 ★Why reinvent the wheel! Go with Wear OS and Goggle Fit. Had TicWatch Pro 5 for 2 months. Frozen completely today. Can't reset, can't restart. Just frozen at 3:09 pm. Wonderful. My 2nd Ticwatch. They're good, but I'd much rather use Wear OS and Fit. The do not play well together AT ALL.
1 ★Forced to install this to even get access to the watch. Requires account creation. Linking to Google is impossible. Stopped counting after 20 attempts and it's still not connected. This watch has 24 hours before it goes back just because this app doesn't work!
3 ★Comprehensive but buggy, messy and unintuitive. It takes hours for my sleep data to appear in the app. Steps are massively delayed and my heart rate data is randomly missing in the afternoon??? I'm used to Xiaomi's MiFit app which is far better and allows more control of the watch in the app. I've found with fitness bands in the past that the app can make or break the device and I get the feeling that this app is spoiling my experience of the TicWatch Pro 5. Hoping for future improvements.
1 ★You're forced to use this app to even touch your watch (TicWatch 5 Pro). But this app does not work on devices which did not have the Google Play Store pre-installed. It does not offer workarounds or anything. This watch is now just as much garbage as my brand new Xiaomi 13 Ultra is.
1 ★Poorly exhibited and visually bad. Stops a wear OS watch from using wear OS app. Poor company, rubbish software, shocking upgrade (after 2 years wait) - a shame really cos it could be great!
5 ★UPDATE: I had to reinstall wear OS and downloaded 3.0 successfully. Watch is now working as it should I have the Pro 3 GPS... Followed the instructions to the letter. My watch only upgraded to wear OS 2.26 and mobvoi health cannot see it. Need technical support on this...
