HOW DOES IT WORK?
Request a ConnectBlue appointment with your physician in the same way you would request an in-office visit. You will receive a text or email from your physician notifying you of your scheduled appointment. If you don’t already have ConnectBlue installed, click the link in your notification to get started. If it’s your first time logging in, just answer a few questions and you’re all set!
