1 ★Constantly kicks you out and restarts. Takes longer to complete assessmentbecause you jave to do some parts 2-3 times because app is kicking you outand causes you to restart

1 ★Constantly booting me out and doubles my time to chart! So I find myself having to chart at home instead of spending time with my family and not getting paid! HUGE INCONVENIENCE!

1 ★I hate it...so flippin much... Literally the most frustrating charting app I have ever used.

1 ★I'm lucky to have a patient with fast WiFi, but that makes no difference to this app that freezes up and times out for its own reasons. Phone is the newest one available with lots of empty memory, so I can only think it's the app. Not difficult to use when it's working, but it's hardly ever working without issues of freezing up and lost charting when the app shuts down and tells you to restart app.

2 ★Takes 30 mins to complete assessment due to boots and lagging. This app should stay online through assessment then off line for the rest of documentation to help with crashes/lagging/boots. It should take <5 min to complete assessment.

1 ★Multiple boots. Difficult to get charts completed and submitted and still provide proper or care during the day time due to the number of crashes, amount of lost information that had to be input multiple times, and the amount of time it takes each item to load.

1 ★Constantly kicks me out while trying to chart. So slow. It literally takes me all twelve hours of my NIGHT shift to chart, when my patient sleeps, to try to chart because I'm either having to restart the app or in waiting for a page to load. Was told would be able to use without WiFi once I was logged in and downloaded my shift, but that's not the case either. So if I don't have wifi I can't chart, which is a real inconvenience when I'm on my iPad because I don't have data on there and none of the information transfers over so I can't log in to my phone to finish charting.

1 ★WORST APP EVER! Takes forever, looses information, boots you out ever minute doesn't allow you to be able to get anything done. I hate this app. And it's super stressful!

1 ★Constant issues, can't get through quick assessment because the app needs help! Paper and pen is 10x faster.
