2 ★Weather not good today but cannot set location properly for home and no chance of booking a taxi for asap will change rating if things improve

1 ★I tried to organise a taxi for a future time. When I booked it, it said no taxi's available, which made it seem that the booking was unsuccessful. It turned out that it had been successful and a taxi turned up at the right time, however, I'd already booked different transport since the app had said otherwise. This meant that I wasted the taxi drivers time and fuel, all because this app is no good.

2 ★A little annoying to order the taxi as the search wouldn't work properly initially - kept finding random roads nothing to do with what I'd typed, but taxi came quickly after persevering and managing to order it. However I paid the driver in cash but when I checked my bank account the next day, there was a pending transaction from this app for extra money too. No explanation of why, or what it was for anywhere in the app. Very unimpressed, do not link your card to this app!

1 ★Slow app doesn't respond.. when it does asks me to sign up then tells me my email address is already in use even though it's 1st time using app ! Rubbish .. deleted may aswell call no help at all

1 ★Booked my cab for 11.45 come 12 still no taxi phoned them up only to be told there's no driver available... Absolutely rubbish

1 ★Edit: 2020 New app but cannot pre book? Put details in to prebook - hit the 'request car' button presuming it would then ask when i wanted it - but i was informed my driver was on his way!! Cancelled straight away and cancelled app very soon after!!! If you're going to advertise your app on the radio then you really should make sure it works!!!!

1 ★Doesn't work always promoted "unable to book taxi for this time" no matter how many times you try.
