Access pre-recorded exercise classes developed with an NHS physiotherapist. Record your level of exertion throughout the session and the Active+me REMOTE Recovery App will automatically progress the intensity of exercise.
Join live exercise classes provided by your clinical organisation within the Active+me REMOTE Recovery App (no separate video platform login required).
Learn about your condition
Dedicated education courses are included so you can learn about your condition and how to manage it.
Animated help is embedded in the app to help you understand how each feature supports the management of your heart and lung conditions.
