웰잇고는 사용자 별로 뇌심혈관계 질환의 위험요인을 건강하게 관리할 수 있는 케어코칭 프로그램을 추천해 드려요. 사용자가 해당 프로그램을 잘 따라오실 수 있도록 매주 다양한 알림(푸시)를 전달해드려요. 그리고, ‘케어 메시지’를 제공하는 건매니저 챗봇을 통해 주 1회 질환/영양/운동에 관한 건강정보를 포함한 맞춤형 케어 컨텐츠를 확인하실 수 있어요!
2. 건강습관 형성(주간미션)
웰잇고는 사용자의 건강습관 형성을 위한 4가지 주간미션을 제공합니다.
1) 하루의 목표 걸음수 7,500보를 주 5일 이상 달성
2) 식이기록을 하루에 최소 1회이상 입력하는 것을 주 5일 이상 달성
3) 주 1회 체중 측정값 입력
4) 주 1회 허리둘레 측정값 입력

How to install 웰잇고 APK on Android phone or tablet?
