1 ★Horrible! Could not connect to open Wifi networks, tried everything suggested by their customer service, never worked! Data hog, 8 GB in 14 days. Custome service is bad, uses canned suggestions for fixes, that never work! If you try to get your money back, they beg for second chances over and over again, hoping you will give up on getting a refund. After giving up on denying my refund, they told me that it would take days to process! Although I had uninstalled the app, it came back later.
2 ★At first I was very impressed with purevpn. It might be the fastest VPN I have seen. But after a day and a half I cancelled my subscription and went back to my previous VPN (NordVPN). PureVPN would not keep a connection for more than about 2 minutes. This VPN was very very unreliable for me, I need a constant VPN connection all the time, and I can't afford to keep reconnecting every few minutes. It may be a bit cheaper than other VPNs, but if you're gonna spend the money, I would look elsewhere
1 ★Bought their annual service. Took me hours of work to get first device working and hours more to get the second going. By that time the first had quit so I started over. After a couple of rounds of this I gave up and went with Thunder VPN (a free service that works instantly). By that time it was too late to get a refund. Money gone and only wasted hours to show for it. Wish there was a 0 stars option.
3 ★Pretty good but disconnects from the servers happens more often than they should and the kill switch feature is dangerous as hell. When disconnected it will automatically try to reconnect but the problem is while trying to reconnect it is using your unsecured internet service connection to do it thus leaving your activity unsecured for several seconds. They should make it optional to reconnect automatically or to block your connection until you choose to unblock it. Solid but not the best.
3 ★Been using for year's. Its good connection and lots of countries. Logless certification. My main issue netflix detects when im connected and its a pain because all the listed shows get messed up even after im disconnected. This is a huge feature that people get von for and it just doesn't work well with this due to the fact its so easily detectable. The features i mentioned before is enough for me to continue to use it.
5 ★It is a solid VPN! I've been using them for several years and it's been good to me. The customer service is great, patient, and extremely helpful. Unlike most companies they actually give good deals for existing customers. I have it on my android device, I had it on my iPhone in the past, it's on my firestick, and my macbook.
1 ★I tried to like this and even bought a 5-year pricing option and I regret it. Very Unreliable! The app wouldn't connected on phone, even though I had the settings to always stay connected or to stop the connection if the vpn fails. I ended up discovering that I had used the net without any security at all because those the vpn failed. Home pc connections very slow.. tech support wanted me to try a protocol that did not even exist. Look elsewhere.. They are NOT worthy of your business.
1 ★A long time user of the service even before the App was created. However, i am not going to extend my subscription as the service became worst. Some of the issues I am facing: - App crashing when starting it - Not connecting to servers - Even when connected, websites are not loading correctly or loading times are very slow - When contacting support, the reply is always very generic that does not solve the problem There are a lot of out there offering this service. Try to find a better app.
4 ★I've been using this VPN for more than 5 years And I like it but there there are many times where some apps just don't work. I've contacted support quite a few times for that and other times I just give up on using the VPN for certain sites when they just dont load because of it. But overall it's pretty decent do they say compared to others.
1 ★Tried it and canceled subscription the same day. Couldn't connect to VPN on android app. Tried restarting phone, reinstalling app, etc. It simply doesn't work. When I click on "tap to connect" it doesn't respond. Chat support claimed they would have billing contact me to refund my money. We'll see. Hope their support works better than their app.
5 ★The best of the free. I've used a lot of free vpns and many of them helped with some sites but not all sites. So far pure VPN has allowed me to go wherever I want to go, including important banking accounts even narrowing down to what city I want to show up as. This is the first app I've ever left a review for so that should tell you how helpful it's been.
2 ★Initially, PureVPN was quite legitimate feeling. But after a couple years of service, interface is not entirely intuitive/ user friendly. Connection happens in a reasonable amount of time but is not very fast. Accuracy is questionable as geography selection does not match ip detecting web sites. (Lifetime membership paid for but, meh.)
