Description

Gold Coast Health Alcohol and Other Drug Service (AODS) provides the Gold Coast hospitals and community with consultation, counselling, support, information, referral, education & training, as well as opioid replacement treatment for residents with a substance use concern.

AODS works closely with the Gold Coast Health Mental Health Service which provides assessment, treatment and support to local people with a mental illness. Depending on individual need, services can range from inpatient treatment for mental health issues to on-going support in the community.

To assist service providers with access to the different levels of support required, the mobile phone app provides a comprehensive directory of all available alcohol & other drug and mental health services that are in the Gold Coast District.
