The eFmFm Employee mobile application is restricted for registered customers of eFmFm – Employee Transport Management System. ​

Employee app helps the user get the complete information about their daily to-&-fro office commute. Employees can also real time track vehicle location on the map and invoke a robust safety features in case of any emergency.​
One app can be used for Home | Nodal | Metro-Shuttle | Inter-facility-Shuttle | Spot rental needs of users​

Salient Features: ​

1. Trip information such as cab number, source and destination about the time of pickup and drop.​
2. Real time location tracking of the cab allocated to the employee.​
3. Emergency feature using which the Employee can alert the Emergency Response Team for any event such as Driver misbehaving, rash driving, drunk driving, etc.​
4. Employee shall get Push Notifications of cab allocation, ETA, etc.​
5. Dedicated Panic button, using which the Employee can call his/her emergency contact.​

1 ★The design team have to undergo training on UX and UI. Cab pickup time is not mentioned as we can see only shift time. Not flexible to select desired route. Once the ride is started there is no notification from the app.
1 ★After the recent update, the app is not working in samsung s9. It keeps stucked when I tried to click on board to scan. Earlier it used to work completely fine. I already reinstalled and restarted my phone but still no help. Last update is actually a downgrade. Please check on priority and fix. Thanks
1 ★Tracking cab is not allowed, this needs to be improved. While booking for multiple days, it does not have an option to select all in one go. Please improve both of them, then i can rate 5 stars.

1 ★I cannot update my address in app. the geocoded location is incorrect and doesnt allow to edit. The Gps is inaccurate. i have to refresh everytime to find the location of the cab. App should allow us to update address and roster update for a week instead of one by one

1 ★Have some bugs specifically on the booking confirmation, it wasnt pleasing as it was returning json format output, please fix this. Also I cannot see my whole booking schedule if it is more than 7 days. in Apple it was loading but in Android it was't. In Apple it crashes automatically as well.

I have scheduled cab for the whole month, but however I'm seeing it for the second time that my drop has been removed. 5 ★I have mistakenly added a wrong geocoded address and it does not give a option to change it. Please have this issue resolved at the earliest Update: Able to update the address with help of support team. Thank you.
1 ★App not even opening after successful login it will ask for select the dropping point. When I click on the link it shows unable to fetch location. when i closed the app and reopened again it will just shows EFMFM logo. after that not opening only.
1 ★Unable to Login/Register on app. On fresh registration, I got message on app as password will be sent to Registered Mobile number but NO password was sent on mobile number. On clicking Forget Password.. no OTP is being sent on registered mobile number But as per application pop-up, OTP should br sent on registered mobile number. Please check and correct this OTP issue ASAP, so that new users can login and avail app service. Thanks.
