Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

4 ★I like that there are a lot of options for things to do to help with mental health (journaling, other activities, etc.). It's so easy to rate my mood each day and I like how there is a wide range to better capture my mood. I deducted a star because I'm questioning the evidence based nature of some of the app (it links a study about antidepressants to fit the idea that they aren't beneficial, but there is so much more research that they are, and I wonder about self administered EMDR).
2 ★This is a great app for mood tracking, journaling, and organizing goals. Earning points to redeem for items is a nice incentive. I would have given the app five stars if I was not being forced to pay for the premium version. My points are capped at 15 with the free version. There are items available in the free category for 15 points, but when I tried ordering an item it tells me that I don't have enough points. The points feature is nice, if it would only work the way it's advertised.
4 ★I really don't like when things are behind a pay wall. It really hurts the experience. For free users it is an okay app. Definitely good for mood tracking. I would prefer if like the breathing section wasn't behind the pay wall because I feel like many more people would benefit if it was free all the time instead of one. There is a lot of potential for this app to be very good.
3 ★The AR therapist response is too slow. It prints out one word at a time and I read much faster which is extremely annoying makes my anxiety and stress go through the roof and makes me want to throw my phone across the room. Point system is a great idea and I was super and encouraged until I found out I can only earn one point a day. I would rather the gifts cost more points so that I can earn more points by doing more activities. Only being able to earn one a day is not incentivizing
4 ★This is a really nice app to use for CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). I love the negative thoughts section where you can enter your thought and it helps you select which categories that thought falls into, to get a better understanding of the thought. I love how detailed it is and how it explains everything. The only thing I would like changed is the navigation of the app, it's confusing at first to get back to the main menu but I got the hang of it after a few tries. Overall a very good app!
4 ★The app works well and you can get prizes for checking in every day, even with the free account. I've been using it for a little over a week. The only thing that isn't great is that the AI therapy bot you can only have like.. Half a conversation with before it makes you upgrade to keep using that feature. So from then on all you can really do is journal. So it isn't really a therapy app if it's the free version. It's other features are good though!
5 ★This app is super helpful. So many tools that are really effective for taking control of your mental health. The journal feature could use some tweaking when it comes to organization though. It's hard to figure out how to sort your entries into different categories.
5 ★I love this app. it's been one day and I am hooked. I love Susan. I love the daily journal. it has given me a space to write but also get "reflection" on what I am talking about. granted it's ai, but gosh it is a nice. it's not a replacement for therapy but i can see it being a great in-between filler for the next therapy visit. the mood tracker is amazing I just love this app. I hope they don't change a thing about it!
5 ★So I'm going to give an honest feedback. I was very hesitant going into using this app, I thought the AI wanted be that great and would have a lot of faults. To my surprise the AI is great and very helpful, it actually feels like I'm talking to a real person. I've just started using it and I've learned so many techniques for managing my emotions. I hope the price doesn't increase as this would be a great option for income families who need therapy.
4 ★I like this app a lot. The UI generally needs some work, but otherwise it's really neat! I like the issue severity tracking the most, it's good to track how bothered I am when it's in graph form. Also the AI therapists are pretty neat too, I haven't had a bad experience with them yet.
5 ★This app is a wonderful journaling appthat i began using right after one of my cloaest friends passed away suddenly. It has helped me immensely; putting my feelings into words and seeing how it has progressed ( or regressed) has been beneficial. It has a goal tracker and other helpful assistants that i havent even scratched the surface on.
4 ★There are so many different ways to interact with the app, from journaling to weight management to mood tracking. I think my favorite is the EMDR. Not all features are fully developed yet (ex. Deep Dive) but I'm interested in seeing where it goes!
