GIMEMA-ALLIANCE è una piattaforma digitale (https://alliance.gimema.it) che consente ai pazienti ematologici un migliore monitoraggio del proprio stato di salute e dei propri sintomi. Il paziente può vedere graficamente i risultati dell’andamento dei suoi sintomi nel corso del tempo e tenere anche traccia di eventuali cambiamenti nel suo stato di salute. All’interno della piattaforma, il paziente ha la possibilità di compilare delle brevi domande sul proprio stato di salute, i cui risultati possono essere visti in tempo reale dall’ematologo con cui il paziente è in cura. In questo modo, l’ematologo viene aiutato a comprendere meglio il reale stato di salute del paziente, anche a distanza, e può poi discutere meglio con il proprio paziente quali siano i sintomi che maggiormente sono importanti per lui.Lo scopo generale è quello di facilitare la comunicazione medico-paziente, e permettere al medico di conoscere meglio lo stato di salute soggettivo percepito dal paziente stesso.
Attraverso la piattaforma si possono anche fare delle video consultations con il proprio ematologo, oppure il paziente può comunicare altri aspetti importanti, che possono essere utili per il medico.
Soltanto i pazienti che sono stati precedentemente registrati nel programma ALLIANCE della Fondazione GIMEMA Franco Mandelli Onlus possono usufruire di questa App. Nel caso fosse interessato, chieda al suo ematologo come entrare nel programma.
