1 ★I'm having the same problem as other android users. When I open the app, a photo of a woman pops up, and no other screen appears. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times with no luck. Please do something to fix this glitch. I would really like to be able to access my points.
1 ★The app stays on the bd cover page. It worked until I loaded the latest update on my Android. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it is still inoperable. As others have noted, it is nice to have when visiting the spa. Please work on a fix.

1 ★This app does not work on my Samsung S7. I can open the first page but it tell my my email is not in correct format when it is. If I try to login using my GMAIL account it just sits there and does move forward. I cannot and have never been able to login to this application.

On the android it just showed a picture and on the computer we could not get the breast plant recall screen to go away. 1 ★Since they made an extra layer security and updated their app it has not worked for me. A screen pops up to confirm my cell phone number, which is correct. Then it tells me they send me a code, which I never receive. I called their customer service today and was told to contact TMobile to take off the sms spam block, so i did. TMobile notified me i have no blocks, which i figured since I'm getting other companies texts. Uninstallling the app also did not help. I'm very frustrated......
5 ★i love the app! it entered in my spa and provider and emailed appointment requests for me! i love the bonus reward points too! I get to save money, build points, aaannnddd look great? It sounds too good to be true but so far so good. Great way to save time, and money.
1 ★This app is completely useless. I installed it and signed in. I never received the 10 points it promised if I installed the app. Obviously, I un-installed it immediately. I wish I would have read the reviews first. Then I would have realized that everyone pretty much is having issues. Not a good way to get new customers.
