Also upon reading alot of the reviews it seems to me that the response from this applications customer service representatives that when given a bad rating instead of trying to be helpful they are more slicked tongued but also still trying to stay professionals and seem to be more defensive then anything. They should put in the same energy into the app that they put into negative reviews. The app was just ok maybe some more marketing . Wishing you the best success
