このアプリは、毎日の血圧を簡単に記録、管理するためのアプリです。記録した値は一つのページにグラフと一覧で表示されます。
使い方はとても簡単です。入力ボタンを押して最高血圧、最低血圧、脈拍を入力するだけです。
グラフに表示する折れ線は、朝のみ、夜のみ、朝夜両方からワンタッチで切り替えができます。
グラフや一覧は、月ごとに表示されるのではなく月をまたいで連続して表示されます。
主な機能
・朝、夜の２回入力が可能
・メモの入力が可能
・一覧のPDF出力が可能
・指定した期間の統計データが参照可能(初期値は過去30日間)
・脈圧(PP)、平均血圧(MAP)を表示
一覧やPDF出力において、高血圧（最高血圧が135以上、または最低血圧が85以上）の時は赤く表示されます。
入力済みデータの削除は、一覧上でそのデータを長押ししてください。
※ 脈圧 - 60以上は要注意、心臓に近い太い血管に動脈硬化の傾向あり
（正常値：40～60）
※ 平均血圧 - 90以上は要注意、心臓から遠い細い血管に動脈硬化の傾向あり
（正常値：90未満）
PDFの出力は、お使いのプリンターのプリントサービスプラグインをインストールするとアプリから直接印刷することができます。
PDFをメールでパソコンなどに送りたい場合は、PDFを作成の画面で印刷ボタンを押し、画面上部にある出力先の選択でPDF形式で保存を選択します。そして一度ダウンロードフォルダーに保存します。次に、ダウンロードまたはファイルアプリで、ダウンロードフォルダーのblood_pressure.pdfファイルを選択しファイルを送信してください。
