5 ★please have a call option in the app. It was my mistake for putting the wrong cellphone number but because of it the driver waited for a long time. I think it would help if the driver can call directly in the app

1 ★Hassle umorder. Errors aren't descriptive like incorrect address details (they have to match their DB despite having freeform text with no options), then they'll call you 10min later saying they're unable to fulfill your order because their stores are closed.

It keeps on loading and loading then will get an error that I don't have internet connection, even though my speed connection is 40mbps. Already tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, tried to select different address, but still getting the same error!! It's been 2 weeks that I'm trying to use this useless app!!
