5 ★I Edit see it did it again. I tried to purchase two different drinks it said it could not connect both times. I gave up came a mile back to my apartment and sit down. Now it says confirmed and took my money and I guess some kids got my drinks. It hasn't charged me. Edit... I went back this morning and got one drink. 5 ★I am a vending machines operator. We have recently installed 17 touchless vending machines that operate with the ViV app. We opened up the very first fully touchless vending machine university in the United States at Bethune Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida. We thought it would help the University curtail the effects of covid19 transmissions. Lots of technology that required lots of tech. support from the the ViV team. They were truly a great team to work this with. From engineering to customer support, they helped me put this together flawlessly, foreseeing every possible challenge along the way. The students are extremely happy with the app as they can purchase via Bluetooth up to 30 feet away from the machine without even touching it. They can also see the machines in the neighboring buildings with ViV's GPS capabilities. I see how ViV's customer support responds very quickly to my clients requests when they encounter an issue. They follow up with the client and with us as the operator, so that we can resolve issues quickly and in tandem. We will be adding restaurant deliveries though ViV next semester, so we are really looking forward to that.

5 ★I download the app after hearing about it from a few friends and so glad I did. At first I was confused about the vending machines and how to utilize the restaurant options. I called and spoke to Jack King and he provided excellent customer service and assisted me with setting up the payment options! Thank you!
