1 ★The app works. Slow, but works. However, the update was kind of a turn for the worse for the customers point of view. The previous version was fair, every 10 packs your got a pack of nappies prize. This new version you accumulate 1 point per nappy. The pack I buy comes with 100 nappies. One would think you need 1000 to get a prize. No, the list of nappies prize starts in 1500 points - 50% more scans for me. Imagine if you use small packs.
2 ★New version is very very slow to open and switch between the tabs. It also appears to have a few glitches. The code scanner doesn't work and then when I typed it in it said code wasn't recognised. I typed it in again and then said code had already been used. When I tried to load the history tab to see if it had gone through that page nor the reward catalogue would load.
4 ★Following an alleged upgrade, this app is ridiculously slow to load, navigate, and update. It takes ages just to sign in. The old app worked much better than the current version. The rewards are harder to earn and I am very disappointed with it. EDIT following initial disappointment with the performance of the app, I am happy to say that it now appears to be working as expected. It loads properly and the code scanner works well. The rewards are still less rewarding than in the previous version.
2 ★For someone who uses the app to scan codes and claim free nappies, I am a little put of by this major update. The camera goes into landscape mode on my device, which would be fine, if it weren't for the shutter button being placed at the bottom centre of the landscape view, as opposed to the right or left, this makes pressing the shutter but while holding a code in one hand and phone in the other quite difficult, even with big hands. Secondly, why is there a need for a daily scan limit?
3 ★The app itself is ok, it's a bit annoying to scan the codes as it forces you to use a shutter button in the middle of the screen, and it isn't as rewarding as it once was. My main gripe is that it seems all the people (myself included) that should have been entitled to a voucher when the system switched over keep being told that they have one, but nobody seems to. We keep getting told "look in the rewards section" but there is no voucher there.
1 ★I've never been able to use this app. I can log in online but on the app it says my account is locked and about only one account linked to a device. I don't have another account on the device. I've contacted support and they said it got unlocked but it didn't do anything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled as suggested. It's a useless app if I can't even log in. I can understand only wanting one device per account but Pampers have locked it down so much that it's just ridiculous to resolve.
5 ★Worth it as you get lots of deals better when you have a smaller baby or new born but worth it to save a bit of money

1 ★This is the worst app ever. Don't bother with it, it doesn't work!!! I've tried so many times to log in to my account but it keeps saying it's only one account per device and I just have 1 account and one device. Another thing is it keeps asking me to log in with the same account I used the last time, I just had 1 account. Horrible app. I WAS NEVER ABLE to scan any code!
1 ★Can't get past the initial set up screens. I created an account and eventually got to the yes and no questions about whether I would like to share data to improve the app but no matter which option I press the screen just repeats the same question and doesn't get me any further. I'd love to be able to use this as we have a 4 month old at home and could benefit from the loyalty stamps. Using a Google pixel 6 pro.
1 ★Coupons don't work. Edit: I already sent an email to customer services - they didn't reply! (Hence this review).
