2 ★Rewards are rubbish now, joined because they advertised coupons for money off nappies, when I finally had enough points they removed the coupons! (In reply to your comment - I was told that back in July too, by the time they come back my kids will be done with nappies!)
1 ★When i first used this app it was perfect but after i ordered my first reward it stopped accepting any more receipts by saying important inforamtion is missing, i tried to upload again and again but got same response, and this time it marked my recipt as fraud,and now my account has been suspended, really really disappointed
2 ★This is a great app when it decides the receipt is valid. The last few times of uploading it said error invalid because something was missing however it was a full receipt just on two sides not one so no points for the money I spent
3 ★The new update won't allow me to sign in via Facebook, I need to share my e-mail via Facebook, I've checked and my email is shared. The app itself is good, I just can't access my account

1 ★since the recent update none of the receipts i uploaded can be processed. it is either that the system cannot identify the items despite it clearly states pampers pure, or that it cannot identify the date and time of purchase despite the information is clearly stated on the first page.
3 ★Been trying for 4 days to redeem my points for a gift and every time just keeps coming up failed. This is the first time i have tryed to redeem. Go to help to chat to someone and the screen dosent appear properley so.cant even talk to someone.
1 ★i was able to upload reciepts ok apart from one issue which customer services sorted for me. i got a great stockpile of points and ordered 100 free prints delivered twice. the points were deducted and i have never recieved anything!!! when i "purchased" the items a message came up saying great you will recieve your free prints voucher within 3-4 WEEKS its now been several months and not recieved anything at all and the orders arent showing in my history yet the points have gone? pointless app

Had coupons from nappies bags, sent through the post as well, but everytime I'm taking picture, I'm getting message from app, that my coupon cannot be processed as no more coupons available for that day.... Common... Customer service is not answering, si just deleting this trash...
