VitalTrack is a simple and useful app for Patients that allows you to set periodic reminders to take your vital readings and medications from time to time.Use VitalTrack to track all your important Vitals like:
-Blood Sugar Levels
-Oxygen Level

The app will also allow you to capture your periodic mood and how you feel at every recording. That you can share with your loved ones.
How to use VitalTrack:
1. Start by filling up your profile, and enter your basic details to allow the app to tailor the experience for you.
2. Now that you see the dashboard, you can record your Vitals like oxygen levels from your oxy meter, blood sugar etc.
3. You can then optionally make this data sharable, which will allow your contacts to see your last entered vitals and your mood without disturbing you. You can even share your records with your local doctor via the app.
