4 ★Nice app but can be improved if user could get a history of the podcast and the article he has read..also if there could be text to audio functionality..content wise excellent
1 ★Have made the subscription, unable to access the app. Only mode of contact is available is mailid which is unresponsive. Yet to receive any response/acknowledgement for the mail that was sent out yesterday.
1 ★Subscription amount has been deducted but doesn't reflect on the app and their support email / Instagram handles are useless. They never respond. Now I paid and have a subscription that I can't use
2 ★While the content in the app is amazing, I have 2 feedback points: 1. Please make your images of articles clickable on LinkedIn. It's super frustrating to open comments on LinkedIn while mobile browsing 2. Users who have downloaded the app and have logged in should be able to directly go on the app from LinkedIn. 1 ★Even after paying the subscription fee the app decides to ask me to pay again and is blocking access to articles assuming I've not subscribed.... The-Ken team, please get your tech in order. Just having a fancy UI and good stories aren't enough.

1 ★I got the premium subcription that said I could have up to 4 concurrent sessions. However, they are not allowing me to even log in on two phones on the app. Would have liked that information in bold before I got the more expensive subscription.
2 ★Guys, what are you doing with the app UI? Do a research story on how best to irritate your customers - your product teams are the live example. Many product teams do that - instead of simplifying the user journeys, they make it hard and harass the customers. And guess what, The Ken has nailed it this time! Take an example - earlier, we used to see a reading progress bar, the red one. Now, there's a small box, that shows the reading percentage - who does this? The Ken! A lot of other things ...
1 ★The new UI sucks. It's very similar to news app. Please bring back the old UI
5 ★Great writing. Experience could be better. My recommendations 1) You have a lot of what I call "money lines" in every article i.e. lines that make the article worth the subscription fee. So why can't we highlight them like we did before? Highlighted lines can also be given Tweet options. 2) People read Ken at different points in the day and I don't want to enter an article, realise I need to switch out of dark mode and then come out of the article to do it.
