- Al Crear Pedido Mensual puede seleccionar las distintas sucursales (instalaciones) que tiene el supervisor a cargo con su respectivo presupuesto, para luego seleccionar la cantidad de productos a solicitar que estan separados por categorias, mostrando el total consumido y posteriormente enviar la solicitud.Este pedido se realiza una vez al mes por sucursal.
- Para los Pedidos Adicionales se debe indicar si es facturable o no y al igual que para el pedido mensual se debe seleccionar la sucursal que para este efecto no muestra el presupuesto y tambien seleccionar la cantidad de productos, mostrando el total consumido y posteriormente enviar la solicitud.
Este pedido se realiza una vez a la semana por sucursal.
- En la opcion de Part-Time, se debe seleccionar la sucursal y completar todos los datos personales de la persona que realizara el trabajo e indicar el motivo de la contratacion del personal y si es facturable o no, tambien tiene la opcion de sacara una fotografia al carnet de identidad, para luego enviar el registro para su aprobacion.
