• Planifier vos repas en respectant la rotation des aliments. Quand vous mettez à jour votre planning d’un jour de votre consommation alimentaire, vous pourrez voir le lendemain, une liste d'aliments qui exclut les aliments consommés les 3 jours précédents, choisir des plats du restaurant vous permettant de respecter la rotation (qui évite le retour possible des intolérances alimentaires)
