Firmamız 1971 yılında şu anki yönetim kurulu başkanımız Bahattin SERTOK tarafından kaporta tamiratı ve kamyonet kasası imalatı yapmak üzere şahıs firması olarak kurulmuş, daha sonraki yıllarda dorse imalatı da gerçekleştirmiştir. 1975 yılında ilk abkant presini ve giyotin makasını yaptırarak kendi imalatına yönelik sac kesim ve bükümü işlerini yapmaya başlamıştır. Daha sonraki yıllarda değişen piyasa koşulları gereği ve hızla ilerleyen otomotiv sektöründen dolayı yatırımlarını piyasaya yönelik sac satış kesim bükümü ve imalatçılara yönelik yarı mamül üretimine yoğunlaşmıştır.
Firmamız 2012 yılından itibaren kaynaklı üretim atölyesinde çelik konstrüksiyon imalatları ile inşaat sektöründeki faaliyetlerine başlamıştır.
Firmamız tüm müşterilerinin taleplerine ve kalite standartlarına uygun olarak cevap vermek için onların çözüm ortağı olmayı hedeflemekte ve bu doğrultuda yatırımlarına devam etmektedir.
