1 ★The app worked perfectly for only a day. Video and two-way audio was great. Then suddenly I couldn't hear the audio from the outside unit (the doorbell) though the person outside could hear me. Audio is now effectively one-way. I'm wondering how that could be fixed. I'm wondering if an upgrade could be helpful.

2 ★It's a nifty little gadget but I have a question / problem. I installed it initially with my iphone and it was fine - that was ADMIN, I'd added one user. But I've lost the phone so can't add another user and it says password is wrong for Admin but I know it's not. Anyway to reset back to factory so it forgets everything?.

1 ★Seems to be ON always and sucks power.. Will flatten a note 4 in 48 hours that's even if you don't use the phone for anything else

1 ★Great little app, works really well. But it is a massive hog on your battery. My Moto x style has great battery life but it's now struggling to get a full day with minimal use. If you could sort the battery drain it would be a five star app. I've knocked the original star rating of 3 down to 1. The battery drain is just unbelievable, my phone today hasn't even made it through half the day and IPBell has used a massive 68% of the battery. It keeps the mobile radio active constantly, which is no good.

1 ★Cannot add doorbell over wired connection. Wont accept any password (even after reset using the white button as per instructions), just returns to door bell list showing no doorbells. Also wont install on default nexus 7 devices (lollipop). Installs on marshmellow.

1 ★Can't change the default ring tone of the app even if select a different mp3!!! Plays some Chinese music as a default ring tone.

2 ★My bell is always offline and no idea what to do and who to contact to resolve it!!!
