Description
This Mobile Application is currently meant for CoWIN Facility level users to perform following tasks as Vaccinator , Supervisors and Surveyors.1) Beneficiary Registration: Based on identified priority group by Government of India, Beneficiary can be registered on the Application.
2) Beneficiary Verification: Beneficiary's relevant details can be captured in encrypted form which can be utilised to ensure that vaccine is administered to relevant Beneficiary. This is applicable at the time of registration as well as vaccination.
3) Aadhaar Authentication: To ensure de-duplication , Beneficiary's Aadhaar authentication can be done from the application in the form of OTP and Demographic Authentication. This is applicable at the time of registration or at the time of validation.
4) Vaccination Status: Based on dose schedule, vaccination status of Beneficiary can be updated from not vaccinated to partially vaccinated and partially vaccinated to vaccination completion.
5) Reporting of Adverse Event following Immunization:
AEFI - Adverse Event following Immunization can be reported from the application.

1 ★Useless app dont know how 5M people have still installed thisapp. It never sends OTP so no login so whats the us to install it. Just uninstall the app rating 1star as Zero star optin is not available. Still facing same problem whats the use to update app.
1 ★I forgot my password and wanted to login through OTP. But the OTP never came. The same problem arose when I wanted to reset my password. The OTP never comes. Disgusting app. This app is launched only for the purpose of PR by the Government of India. Improve your service.

I don't think that developer of this app have any knowledge to even fix the issues in app. Also govt should provide option for boking in advance and inform the citizen through message when their turn comes. It is not a good approach to let user book slot live. No information on slot availability in my region from last one month and more. What kind of situation handling is being done by whom is really not up to the mark.
1 ★The worst app available, never do we receive OTP using the mobile app. This is going on for a while and the developers if the app seem to be turning a deaf ear to these issues. The comments section is filled with this issue and they are least bothered to rectify it.
1 ★You just can't log in to this app. No OTP is being received and it says login with userid and password, but there is no option to register.
1 ★No OTP can't get access... In site, No time specified when bookings will be open for public... And every 3 minute we have to enter site filling phone number and OTP... REAL FAILURE. Its been 2 years now... Till now no idea how to deal... This should be handed over to each state and backed up by Central...
1 ★This is the worst experience I've ever experienced with an application in my smartphone. If an App doesn't work you will know it doesn't work so you can simply uninstall it. But this application is so annoying it took me 1 hour to finally understand I can do nothing with this one. Is there a way to give it minus stars?? 1 ★As on 25th June 2021- OTP problem remains the same...it's takes hours to receive OTP. How would someone use this lethargic app. -------- Whoso ever developed the login page and approved it from govt side...they both are super duper idiot coz there is no registration option.... Mr. R.S.Sharma is the heading this cowin application former chairman of TRAI..now you can image the level of this app functionality....
1 ★Please don't waste time installing this app. Try cowin website it works. This never allows you to login or atleast send an OTP. Even the development of the app is very horrible. If you click back button anywhere you will see icons placed randomly on the screen.
2 ★When I try to sign in through CoWin app I'm not getting any OTP for sign-in by OTP process from many days, while if I do same in browser on official site it's working every single time. Why is it so? Why I'm facing this issue through app?
1 ★What a horrible app. I registered a day before on this app before being vaccinated and at the day of vaccination I was waiting for the OTP since morning. I think the developers need to give command to the app to send OTPs to the mobile number. Unless I have to use another mobile number at the time of vaccination. Such a disgusting app on the playstore.
