What's new in version 1.76
* Mostly internal and architectural changes to use more modern APIs.* Restore some missing context menus that disappeared when appbars disappeared. Restore the appbars and the menus.
* I wrote PalmVE originally many years ago, in the Cupcake era. Things have changed a lot since then, so this ended up being a very invasive rewrite. Please let me know if you have trouble.
