Entanmar es un proyecto liderado por Cruz Roja Juventud y ha contado con el asesoramiento de la fundación TECSOS y el apoyo de la fundación Vodafone y Cruz Roja Española.La plataforma con la que se crean las experiencias de realidad aumentada es Onirix, desarrollada por la empresa asturiana Neosentec y está basada en las tecnologías Scene y Surface Tracking.
La aplicación de estas tecnologías se puede aplicar como herramienta para diseñar diferentes juegos tipo Trivial o Escape Room en las zonas comunes del hospital, con elementos de Realidad Aumentada, para que los niños puedan jugar entre ellos.
