Mit dem EWE HilfeCenter können Sie ganz einfach Ihren Internetanschluss und Ihr WLAN daheim einrichten und verwalten. Die kostenlose App bietet Ihnen verschiedenste nützliche Funktionen rund um Ihr Heimnetzwerk, die als übersichtliche Kacheln im Hauptmenü der App angeordnet sind.Die „Diagnose“ hilft Ihnen, Störungen oder Probleme im Heimnetzwerk einfach zu finden und automatisch zu beheben.
Mit dem „Assistenten für die Interneteinrichtung“ können Sie bequem Ihren neuen DSL- oder Glasfaseranschluss einrichten. Bitte beachten Sie dabei, dass die App nur für All-IP-Anschlüsse geeignet ist, aber nicht für ISDN- oder Analog-Anschlüsse.
Das Feature „WLAN verwalten“ erlaubt Ihnen, unkompliziert eine WLAN-Verbindung herzustellen oder für noch höhere Geschwindigkeit zu optimieren, einen WLAN-Gastzugang für Besucher einzurichten oder Ihre WLAN-Daten zu ändern.
Mit „Router verwalten“ können Sie alle wichtigen Informationen über Ihren Router direkt in der App einsehen. Für Probleme mit dem Router gibt es darüber hinaus noch eine automatische Neustartfunktion.
Die Kachel „Heimnetzwerk“ führt Sie zu umfassenden Analyse-Tools, mit denen Sie z.B. die Stärke Ihres WLAN-Signals messen oder einen WLAN-Repeater ideal positionieren können. Zusätzlich können Sie Ihre WLAN-Geschwindigkeit im Heimnetzwerk messen und eine Liste aller verfügbarer WLAN-Geräte im Umfeld erhalten.
Diese App funktioniert nur in Verbindung mit einer aktuellen AVM Fritz!Box und einem All-IP-Anschluss.
