Caros colegas reumatologistas!Nós estamos muito contentes em anunciar que realizaremos em 2017 o Congresso Brasileiro de Reumatologia em Florianópolis. Este será o maior evento da Sociedade Brasileira de Reumatologia (SBR) em 2017, e a Sociedade Catarinense de Reumatologia (SCR) recebe esta oportunidade depois de quase 30 anos, já que em 1988 tivemos aqui um Congresso Brasileiro. É importante destacar que Florianópolis nestes 30 anos cresceu, e a cidade atualmente oferece uma estrutura invejável, o que nos motivou para sermos organizadores deste evento. O local do congresso será o moderno centro de convenções CentroSul, o qual fica localizado na Baía Sul junto ao mar, muito próximo ao centro antigo de Florianópolis, e junto as pontes que ligam o continente a esta ilha maravilhosa. Sabemos que temos uma tarefa árdua, o que nos deixa ansiosos, mas já estamos trabalhando para fazer um excelente congresso. Escolhemos um time competente e comprometido, e assim juntos iremos proporcionar a melhor organização possível. Nós já estamos envolvidos com a elaboração do programa científico, e escolhemos como tema principal do evento a reumatologia e a sua interação com a medicina interna. Iremos trazer os melhores palestrantes nacionais e internacionais, para que todos se atualizem da melhor forma e voltem do congresso com a certeza de que tiveram uma excelente atividade científica. Além do Congresso, é sempre bom lembrar que vir a ilha de Florianópolis é ter a certeza de um ótimo passeio, já que a ilha oferece além de cerca de 42 praias, outros lugares turísticos paradisíacos. Finalizo dizendo que teremos muito prazer em recebe-los aqui na nossa cidade, assim reservem a data de 13 a 16 de setembro de 2017 para este evento.
